Vogue Knitting Magazine has been one of my favorite sources of the exciting and elegant designs. This spring I decided to make yet another Vogue Knitting outfit authored by Vogue Knitting - a hooded jacket by Rebecca Taylor.
I combined two types of yarn but my gauge was still quite off. So I just used smaller needles and recalculated all the stitches to achieve the required fit. To ensure the pattern was accommodated, I made relevant changes to the order of design variations used in the pattern.
It turned out rather warm and snuggly - and I used all the yarns I have literally to the last inch!
