My mom had a lovely merino sleeveless turtleneck top, but the turtleneck was a bit on the tight side and not too comfortable for her. So she asked me if I could remove the turtleneck and do something with the neck opening to make it wearable. My solution? Crochet a lovely lace collar!
I unraveled the turtleneck part and used yarn from it to crochet this collar, following a pattern from the Japanese booklet called Asahi Original.
